Trinkets n'Treasures also caters to meet the demands of customers of the International market. We take every care in ensuring that our products meet your satisfaction and are sent in the best of condition. The following are standard shipping charges and disclaimer.

INTERNATIONAL
Express Courier (3 - 5 days): US$30.00*
Registered air mail (7 - 21 days): US$5.00*

WEST MALAYSIA (Peninsular)
Pos Laju (1 - 2 days): RM8.00*
Registered mail (2 - 5 days): RM5.00*

EAST MALAYSIA (Sabah & Sarawak)
Pos Laju (2 - 3 days): RM9.00*
Registered mail (3- 7 days): RM6.00*

WITHIN KLANG VALLEY (FOR CARDS *depending on weight and dimensions)
Regular post (2 - 3 days): RM1.00*

*The cost mentioned above may differ depending on the weight and dimension of your item ordered and location of the item to be shipped to. The amount listed above is of the minimum standard and is subject to change.

The following applies to all item(s):

Shipping costs quoted will include wrapping, packaging and postage.Items will come packed in either a bubble mail envelope or a box with bubble wrap. Large items/orders will be cushioned with styrofoam.

All items will be checked and photographed prior to shipping.

Trinkets n'Treasures will not be held responsible for any mishaps or loss of package in transit or in the mail. No replacement of order or refund for lost or damaged items will be offered.

For courier services, a tracking number will be provided to you for which you will be solely responsible for tracking your order.

All orders will be shipped within 1 - 7 working days upon confirmation of payment. The timeframe indicated is determined by customization/adjustment work required & quantity of order. Large orders will require prior notification.

Alternate courier service providers are available (i.e: DHL, UPS, etc). However charges imposed by them would differ. We also entertain gift wrapping / customised card making request at a different quote.

Items sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Payment Mode:

Cash On Delivery (COD), personal deliveries and pick-ups from home are not encouraged. If you wish to purchase an item & pick it up as oppossed to being sent via mail, full payment must be made first.

For overseas customers, payment can be made via Telegraphic Transfers (TT) to specified bank accounts once order(s) are confirmed. However, all charges related to the TT are to be borne by the customer.
